These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Construction Worker Care Ltd ("Construction Worker Care", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Construction Worker Care Ltd is an independent application assistance company.

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of:

• CSCS Ltd
• CITB
• The UK Government
• Any awarding body unless expressly stated.

Any trademarks displayed remain the property of their respective owners.

Our fees cover our administration, customer support and application assistance services.

4. Our Services

Construction Worker Care Ltd currently provides assistance with:

• CSCS Card Applications
• CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test Booking
• Level 1 Health & Safety Awareness Course Booking
• Document Verification
• Customer Support
• Application Submission Assistance

5. Eligibility

To purchase our services you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• Information you provide is accurate.
• You have authority to submit your documents.
• You will provide all requested documentation.

If eligibility requirements are not met, your application may be delayed or rejected.

6. CSCS Card Application Service

Our CSCS Card service includes:

• Eligibility review
• Document verification
• Customer support
• Application preparation
• Submission assistance
• Progress updates

The total service price is displayed before payment.

The official CSCS card fee is £36 (base price). After VAT and our administration and support service charge, the total you pay is £65.

Our service charge includes the official CSCS card fee together with our administration and support service. The full amount is shown clearly before you complete payment.

7. Documents Required

Customers must provide:

• Valid qualification certificate (where applicable)
• Valid CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test Pass (within required validity period)
• Valid identification
• Passport style photograph if requested
• Correct contact details

Failure to provide requested documents may delay processing.

8. Processing Times

After receiving payment and all required documents:

Application review normally begins within one working day.

Once approved by the issuing authority:

• Digital Card — Normally available within 3–4 working days.
• Physical Card — Usually delivered within 7–10 working days.

These are estimated timeframes only and may vary depending on third-party processing.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Provide genuine documentation.
• Respond promptly to requests.
• Check your email regularly.
• Attend booked appointments.

Construction Worker Care Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by customers.

10. CITB Test Booking

Our CITB booking service includes:

• Booking management
• Test centre search
• Date selection assistance
• Customer support
• Free study material

The official CITB test booking fee is £23.50 (base price). After our administration and service charge, the total you pay is £45.

The official CITB booking fee forms part of the total amount paid.

We charge an additional administration and support fee for arranging your booking.

Bookings remain subject to availability.

Requested dates cannot be guaranteed.

11. Rescheduling

Where permitted, customers may request a reschedule.

Reschedule requests must normally be made at least 96 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Availability cannot be guaranteed.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

CSCS Card

If cancellation is requested before application submission:

A refund may be issued after deducting a £24 administration fee.

The administration fee covers:

• Eligibility review
• Document verification
• Customer communication
• Administrative work
• Refund processing

Once an application has been submitted, the official application fee cannot normally be refunded.

CITB Test

Customers may request cancellation where permitted by the test provider.

Approved cancellations will receive a partial refund after deducting applicable administration costs.

Once the booking has been confirmed or falls within the provider's restricted cancellation period, refunds may not be available.

Level 1 Award

Course registrations may become non-refundable once registration has been completed with the course provider.

Any available refund will be subject to provider rules and administrative deductions.

13. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a booked test or course is treated as a missed appointment.

Refunds cannot be provided for non-attendance.

14. Incorrect Information

Construction Worker Care Ltd is not responsible for delays, rejection or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by customers.

15. Third-Party Organisations

Construction Worker Care Ltd submits applications and bookings through relevant third-party organisations.

We cannot guarantee:

• Approval
• Processing speed
• Postal delivery
• Provider decisions
• Provider availability

16. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Where services have already been delivered or administrative work has commenced, we reserve the right to challenge unjustified chargebacks.

17. Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Indicative totals: CITB HS&E test booking £45 (official base fee £23.50 plus administration and service charge); CSCS card application £65 (official base fee £36 plus VAT and service charge). The exact amount for your order is always confirmed before payment.

Payment must be received in full before any work begins.

Payments are taken through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

18. Website Accuracy

Although we make every effort to keep our website accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information will always remain current.

Prices and services may change without prior notice.

19. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, graphics and branding belongs to Construction Worker Care Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied without written permission.

20. Privacy

Customer information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information is collected only where necessary to provide our services.

21. Limitation of Liability

Construction Worker Care Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Provider delays
• Courier delays
• Lost post
• Government policy changes
• Incorrect customer information
• Third-party system outages
• Rejected applications due to eligibility requirements

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service where permitted by law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
