White Qualified Person Eligibility
White CSCS cards are for professionally or academically qualified people — for example members of CSCS-approved professional bodies, or holders of construction-related degrees, HNDs, HNCs and related awards.
Accepted Qualifications (examples)
- Membership of a CSCS-approved professional body (e.g. CIOB, ICE, RIBA)
- Certain construction related degrees
- HNDs (Higher National Diplomas)
- HNCs (Higher National Certificates)
- CIOB Certificates
- NEBOSH diplomas
Validity & Document Requirements
Card Validity
5 Years Validity
This card is valid for five years and is renewable.
Evidence Required
To apply for the card, applicants will need to supply a copy of their qualification and, where possible, evidence of the units achieved within the qualification.
Test Requirement & Pricing
Required Test
All applicants must pass the CITB Managers and Professionals Health, Safety and Environment Test.
Booking Cost
The CSCS card application total is £65. That covers the official CSCS base fee of £36 plus VAT and our administration and support service charge.
